Welcome to the Construction Progress Reporting Survey (CPRS)

Title 13, United States Code, Sections 131 and 182, authorizes the Census Bureau to conduct this collection. If you are reporting data as a private individual or business, your report is confidential under the provisions of Title 13, U.S.C., Section 9. The Census Bureau can use your responses only to produce statistics, and is not permitted to publicly release your responses in a way that could identify your business, organization, or institution. Per the Federal Cybersecurity Enhancement Act of 2015, your data are protected from cybersecurity risks through screening of the systems that transmit your data. If you are reporting as a governmental entity, the data you report are subject to provisions of Title 13, U.S.C., Section 9(b) exempting data that are customarily provided in public records from rules of confidentiality.

This collection has been approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The eight-digit OMB approval number is 0607-0153 and appears at the upper right of this screen. Without this approval, we could not conduct this survey.
